  Job Description:
  Seeking a highly motivated person to maintain the daily operations of our Accounts Payable department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Vendor invoice entry
  • Scan daily packing slips into computer system
  • Compare purchase orders to invoices to ensure accuracy

  STAFF ACCOUNTANT (Full-time)

  Job Description:
  Help build the company’s financial storyline and support decision making throughout the company by reporting on past performance, processing transactions, and engaging in financial account review. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Produce executive management reports on the consolidated business financial results and operational updates
  • Support monthly forecasting process and generate actual vs. budget status reports, explanation of variances
  • Perform general Accounting duties
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes
  • Create financial models and profitability analyses, and provide other ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support business leadership
  • Assist in special projects such as inventory analysis, and planning and allocation of products

  Support inside and outside sales team, primarily by entering and updating data in company database.
  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Accurately and efficiently enters orders for items to be purchased via website, telephone, fax and e-mail
  • Clarify and fulfill customer requests/needs by presenting available selections of products and services with appropriate pricing and lead times
  • Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel
  • Prepares and transmits requests for customer quotes

  Position:
  LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR (Full-time Position)
  Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 5:30PM
  Job Description:
  Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule. Responsibilities include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Distribute and rout freight with customers and vendors coordinating shipments and preparing bills of lading
  • Review documents and provide customs paperwork for shipments
  • Manage invoicing board; adding tracking or pro numbers, as well as following up on shipments to keep a steady workflow
  • Work with Warehouse Manager on arranging inbound freight delivery schedules
  • Assist with freight claims for damaged or missing goods
  • Assist with rate quotes for sales team and customer service
  • Label and tag outbound freight carrier and ensure bill of lading matches appropriately
  • Work together with Core Manager assuring our customers return cores to proper vendors; learning the process and follow ups

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC horizontal and vertical milling centers and CNC lathes from drawings or blueprints
  • Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
  • Stop machines to remove finished work pieces or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequences
  • Check to ensure that work pieces are properly lubricated and cooled during machine operation
  • Transfer commands from servers to computer numerical control (CNC) modules, using computer network links

  • Familiarity with FANUC, FADAL and/or SIEMANS controllers preferred.
